General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Booking conditions for online psychotherapy and life coaching at Your Healing Angel

1. Scope of application

These booking conditions apply to all services offered by Your Healing Angel, in particular online psychotherapy and life coaching.

2. Booking and appointment scheduling

- Bookings can be made via the Your Healing Angel website.
- Appointments are made by prior arrangement.
- Payment is due immediately upon booking and can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or
credit card.

3. Cancellation

- If an appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours before the agreed date, 80% of the price will be refunded.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
- There will be no refund of the fee if the appointment is not attended.

4. Terms of payment

- Payment is due immediately upon booking and can be made to Your Healing Angel via PayPal, bank transfer or credit card.
- Payment is non-refundable unless the session cannot take place for reasons attributable to Your Healing Angel.

5. Online session

- The online session takes place via a secure video or audio connection.
- The client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable technical equipment.
- Your Healing Angel is not responsible for technical problems or connection interruptions.

6. Data protection and confidentiality

- All information shared with Your Healing Angel in the context of online psychotherapy or life coaching is subject to medical confidentiality and will be treated confidentially.
- Your Healing Angel undertakes to comply with all data protection regulations.

7. Liability

- Your Healing Angel shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the services, unless such damage was caused by gross negligence or intent.

8. Final provisions

- These booking conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
- The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Your Healing Angel in Germany.
